Slim Chickens Bridgend is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our busy service, ensuring guest satisfaction and team cohesion in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll supervise front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation, with weekends and late nights on the rota.

This role offers growth within BRG, with supportive training, competitive pay, a welcoming team culture, and a strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Available including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
