Job summary

Original Burger Co in Funan Mall, City Hall, Singapore, is seeking a full-time FOH/Service Crew to join our dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow SOPs, maintain hygiene, manage payments securely, and support the team during peak times and events.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Able to follow SOPs and recipes.
• Excellent communication and empathy with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival
• Seat guests and present menus promptly and courteously
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
• Responsible for consistent food production as per recipes, portion standards and SOPs
• Manages preparation levels, RM quality, wastage, cooking/ holding temperatures, hygiene, sanitation, equipment and production/closing checks.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist guests with recommendations
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety protocols
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the front-of-house area
• Support the team during peak service periods and special events
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely

As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
