Job Description:

Motor Claims Handler – First Notification of Loss (X4 positions)

Salary: £27,600 basic + monthly bonuses, total earning potential up to £45,000 per year

Location: Manchester City Centre

This role combines sales and motor enquiries within a leading law firm with over 20 years of experience in the legal sector.

The team is known for its vibrant personalities! We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and bubbly individuals who work hard and celebrate successes. You will receive excellent management support, comprehensive training, and will be part of a friendly team.

Candidate Consideration:

Sales background: No motor experience required. Skills in upselling services such as hire cars and repairs are valuable. Customers often need immediate solutions, like repairs or vehicle hire, and your role is to provide these efficiently. You will earn uncapped bonuses for each customer referred for these services.

Motor claims experience: If you have handled claims at the first notification stage, including gathering evidence, witness statements, and fault determination, you are suitable. Experience in similar claims roles is desirable.
