£27,600 basic salary + monthly bonuses, potentially reaching £45,000 per year

Even if you lack motor experience, your sales skills can be valuable in upselling services such as hire cars and vehicle repairs at our in-house garages across the UK.
The core aspect of sales here involves identifying customer needs—many customers have vehicle damage or may be undriveable, and your role is to offer the necessary services to help them get back on the road safely.
You will earn uncapped bonuses for every customer you refer to hire or repairs.
If you have experience handling claims at the first notification of loss stage, including gathering full details on vehicle damage, witnesses, passengers, fault, or non-fault situations, your skills will be highly relevant.
We are open to candidates from similar claims roles who have managed initial claims processes.
Both sales and claims management experience are valuable for this role, and we are considering applicants from either background.
