Motor Claims Handler – First Notification of Loss (X4 positions)

£27,600 basic salary + monthly bonuses taking you to £45,000 per year

Manchester City Centre

This role offers a combination of sales and motor enquiries, based in a leading law firm with over 20 years in the legal sector.

The team is known for its vibrant personalities! We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and bubbly individuals who will thrive in a fun-loving environment. You will receive excellent management support, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to build lasting friendships.

Sales background considerations:

No motor experience necessary, but sales skills are essential for upselling services like hire cars and repairs across our UK garages. You will help customers with vehicle damages, some of whom may be undriveable, and offer the necessary services to get them back on the road.

Uncapped bonuses are available for each customer you refer for hire or repairs.

Claims background considerations:

If you have experience answering calls at the FNOL stage, gathering full details on damages and needs, and understanding fault or witness information, you are suitable. Experience in initial claims handling is preferred.
