Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager at our distribution site to lead a large, 24/7 operation. You will engage with your team to ensure efficient goods in, picking and loading, drawing on your FMCG logistics experience to deliver excellent service to customers.

You will coach and develop staff, set targets, monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on people and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment.
• People management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Coaching and guiding teams to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with the team to ensure efficient goods in, pick and loading.
• Manage people to deliver the best possible service to customers.
• Set targets and review progress, creating plans to improve performance.
• Monitor and deliver KPIs, taking action to ensure they are met.
