Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced FMCG Warehouse Team Lead in Belfast to oversee inventory and stock control in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure stock accuracy, manage 3PL relationships, and drive efficiency across the supply chain, with emphasis on SAP and Excel reporting. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible start times and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, stock control or FMCG environments.
• Experience leading or supervising a team in logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Experience investigating stock variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Advanced Excel skills (reporting, formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse inventory team to achieve high accuracy and performance.
• Monitor stock levels and reconcile inventory records across locations.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and shortages.
• Manage stock adjustments and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions.
• Plan regular stock counts and annual stock takes.
• Produce inventory and performance reports for management.
• Maintain inventory records within SAP and related systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and service levels.
