Michael Page in Preston, Lancashire, is seeking a commercially focused Trade Marketing Manager to lead retail activation and trade marketing initiatives across UK channels. You will work with Sales and Marketing to deliver customer plans, in-store campaigns and promotions that boost visibility and commercial growth.

This 10-month maternity cover contracts role requires significant experience in trade marketing and a proven ability to develop joint business plans with major retailers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in trade marketing, customer marketing or retail activation within FMCG or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver trade marketing plans across major retail accounts, wholesale and independent channels.
• Build and manage joint business plans with key customers, including promotional calendars, product ranging, shelf positioning and marketing investment.
• Support retailer presentations, range reviews and promotional planning with Sales.
• Lead the planning and delivery of POS materials and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate retail activation and field marketing activity to improve store coverage and brand visibility.
• Align promotions and seasonal campaigns with retailer priorities.
• Monitor retailer activity and gather insights from field teams and store data.
• Ensure product information and marketing assets are accurate across retailer e-commerce platforms.
