Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a Bristol-based FMCG site. You will lead a maintenance team, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and drive reliability across production and packaging lines.

The role is Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary up to £66,000 plus a benefits package including pension, life insurance, overtime opportunities and training and development. Join a growing, market-leading manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Team leadership / supervisory experience.
• Experience within manufacturing with management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team in maintenance, fault-finding and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure uptime and efficiency across production and packaging lines.
• Reduce downtime, improve reliability, support production performance across the site.
