JSS in London is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and strategic modelling across consumer and FMCG product lines. You will partner with Growth and Retail teams, drive KPI framework, and own the long-term financial model to support fundraising and growth opportunities.

The role focuses on commercial finance, performance analysis, and process improvements in finance data connectivity, with the chance to influence decisions across international markets.

Qualifikationen

Planning & Forecasting - Lead the annual budget process and quarterly reforecast cycles from start to finish, partnering with teams across the business to gather inputs and deliver robust, commercially-driven financial plans.

Performance Reporting - Work closely with the Financial Controller to analyse actual performance, identify trends and variances, and continuously enhance forecast accuracy through meaningful insight.

Commercial Finance - Act as the key point of contact for commercial decision support, delivering detailed analysis across areas such as customer profitability, channel performance, investment opportunities, and new product or market launches.

KPI Ownership - Develop and maintain the business's KPI framework, ensuring financial and operational metrics are clearly defined, consistently measured, and embedded in decision-making. Drive a single source of truth across the organisation.

Strategic Modelling - Own and evolve the long-term financial model, supporting strategic initiatives including fundraising, business planning, scenario modelling, and growth opportunities.

Business Partnering - Partner closely with Growth and Retail teams, providing financial insight to support decision-making, budget ownership, and the identification of opportunities to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.

Process Improvement & Systems - Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Data Lead to strengthen the connection between FP&A and core financial data, enhancing automation, efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities across finance processes.
