Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Nottingham (Hybrid Working) is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning for the Impulse division. You will balance demand, production capacity, inventory, and cost to optimise service levels.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance and commercial teams, drive S&OP, manage KPIs such as OTIF and stockholding, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to unlock value.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG supply planning or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles and systems.
• Experience managing large SKU portfolios and complex planning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply planning process to ensure customer demand is met efficiently and effectively.
• Align supply plans with forecasts, promotions, and commercial activity.
• Manage stock levels to maximise product availability while minimising waste and working capital.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to optimise production plans and capacity.
• Lead the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement across planning activities.
