Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Commercial Executive to join our team in Uxbridge. This position is office-based, supporting key customer accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.

You will work closely with a Senior Commercial Manager, gain exposure to commercial strategy, forecasting, NPD, and supply chain performance, and travel regularly to customer sites across the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability is required.
• Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of profitable growth across designated customer accounts.
• Act as a day-to-day commercial contact for customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of Joint Business Plans and customer growth strategies.
• Analyse sales, promotional, and EPOS data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Produce reports, forecasts, and performance updates for customer accounts.
• Manage and coordinate NPD projects through critical path management.
• Support internal and external forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Marketing, Category, and Operations teams to maximise service levels.
• Monitor stock, shortages, and customer service performance.
• Support promotional planning, nominations, and post-promotion evaluation.
• Champion the voice of the customer within the business.
