Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe, UK-based, is seeking a Commercial Manager to own key customer accounts from office in Uxbridge. You will lead P&L performance, develop JBPs, and drive negotiations and growth with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

You will manage forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Marketing to maximise value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Commercial / National Account / Key Account Management role within FMCG.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• A data-driven approach with strong forecasting and analytical capability.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L across customer accounts.
• Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and tender processes.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, margin and market share.
• Lead customer-focused NPD programmes from concept to launch.
• Use data and insight to inform decision making and unlock growth.
• Forecasting, budgeting and risk & opportunity management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and CAM.
• Represent customer in internal planning meetings and ensure visibility of performance.
