Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Commercial Controller to lead the commercial strategy for a major strategic retail partnership. This office-based role in Uxbridge requires driving revenue, profitability and growth across multiple own-label categories, while guiding Joint Business Plans and cross-functional teams.

You will build senior-level customer relationships, manage a team, and influence strategic decisions that shape the future of our key retail partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing own-label retail accounts within FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven track record in building long-term strategic customer partnerships.
• Delivery of profitable growth and complex cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the commercial strategy for a major strategic retail account.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility across own-label product categories.
• Develop and implement annual and long-term Joint Business Plans.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Commercial Managers and Executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders (Directors/Heads of Buying).
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities across categories and routes to market.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Category, Innovation, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance.
