Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited, based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Planner for a Facilities Management client to allocate and schedule work for mobile engineers across regions and prioritise tasks by urgency and location.

You will maintain scheduling systems, resolve conflicts, and communicate clearly with engineers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, while supporting reporting on resource utilisation.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling, scheduling, and reporting.
• A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in FM operations or workforce scheduling is a plus.
