Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an FM Data Transformation Lead for an initial 12-month contract. You will own the transformation from validation through to governance, standards, reporting implementation, adoption and handover, delivering a governed FM data framework and KPI library.

Location options include Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton with a 37-hour week on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires security clearance and an Inside IR35 status, with umbrella pay of £60-£70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data/BI transformation programmes.
• Strong data governance, ownership and quality expertise.
• Demonstrable KPI framework development with clear definitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme across phases.
• Establish and maintain programme plan with milestones, risks, decisions and progress updates.
• Validate outputs against requirements and adapt as needed for standards.
