Job summary

Matchtech Group seeks an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a Facilities Management Data & Reporting Transformation Programme. You will lead a trusted, governed and sustainable data capability, improving reporting, KPI management and decision‑making across FM operations.

You will establish data governance, data model and reporting architecture, delivering Power BI dashboards and KPI‑driven performance reporting for stakeholders across FM and service partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI or reporting transformation programmes.
• Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality management.
• Excellent Power BI and reporting expertise.
• Knowledge of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and programme management skills.
• Experience leading implementation, UAT and knowledge transfer activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme.
• Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks.
• Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture.
• Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Manage stakeholders across FM, technical teams and service providers.
• Oversee testing, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.

Location: Stevenage, Bristol OR Bolton (1-2 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 month initial contract

Rate: £60-£70ph UMB (Inside IR35)

Desirable Experience:

• Facilities Management, workplace, property or asset management environments.
• IWMS/CAFM platforms, including Planon.
• Experience with outsourced FM providers.
• Microsoft data and BI technologies.
• Regulated or security‑conscious environments.
