Job summary

Fusion People are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities management across a dedicated client portfolio in Bristol. You will manage reactive, quoted, and planned works, ensuring service delivery, profitability, and compliance with SLAs.

• Experience in facilities management or FM-related field.
• Proven contract management and service delivery capabilities.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience producing quotations and cost estimates.
• Good organisation and time-management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials for maintenance works.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, help desk, and operations.
• Conduct site surveys and define project scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for works.
• Monitor delivery to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Attend client meetings and report progress and costs.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally.
• Develop and manage PPM schedules across sites.
• Maintain records and compliance documentation.
• Produce operational reports for senior management.
• Participate in on-call rota and other duties as needed
