Job summary

EA Associates in Bristol is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead shopfitting and fit-out projects across the region. You will manage contracts from inception to completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver results and maintain project performance.

Key duties include supervising multiple projects, controlling programmes, costs and variations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include managing contracts from inception to completion.

• Experience in shopfitting, retail or commercial fit-out sectors advantageous.
