Job summary

Franco Manca Earls Court is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You’ll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, helping lead a busy, high-energy service and ensure every pizza leaves the kitchen to the highest standards.

You’ll coach and develop the team, manage shifts, monitor stock and staffing, and step in when the manager is away. Our rewards include quarterly bonus, staff pizza, and a strong focus on guest experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• You’ll have Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants, with a knack for creating a brilliant guest experience.
