Job summary

Franco Manca Nova Victoria is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every pizza leaving the kitchen is a masterpiece.

You will lead a busy team, coach colleagues, manage shifts, monitor stock and schedules, and step in when the Manager is away, helping to grow our people and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.
• Ability to coach and develop a team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in running the shift and overseeing the team.
• Ensure high standards of service and food quality on every pizza.
• Lead, coach and develop staff to achieve best guest experiences.
• Manage stock, scheduling and reporting to keep operations smooth.
• Step in for Manager when they are away to maintain Franco Manca standards.
• Monitor daily operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
