Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking an Assistant Manager in Greater London to join our passionate team. You’ll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, helping steer the team and keep shifts running smoothly while delivering amazing service.

Bring energy, leadership and a love for pizza. You’ll lead front- and back-of-house operations, coach colleagues, schedule shifts, manage stock, and ensure every pizza upholds our quality and guest-experience standards.

Qualifications

• Management or Supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager to steer the team and run shifts.
• Support the Manager in delivering amazing service and quality pizza.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team to thrive.
• Handle busy shifts and manage customer feedback.
• Monitor stock levels and staff schedules.
• Step up in Manager's absence to lead operations.

• £33,800 – 43,000 OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
