Job summary

Franco Manca Stockbridge is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, driving service excellence and ensuring every service runs smoothly.

You will coach and develop the team, manage shifts and stock, and step up in the Manager's absence to uphold Franco Manca’s high standards.

We offer a competitive salary (£33,800–£43,000 OTE), a quarterly bonus up to 10%, 28 days holiday, pension, wellbeing support and generous staff discounts across Franco Manca restaurants.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant supervision.
• Ability to lead and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Strong guest service focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver excellent service.
• Manage shifts, stock, and scheduling; support in kitchen and front of house.
• Step in for the Manager when needed to maintain smooth service.
• Oversee standards and quality of every pizza leaving the kitchen.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for pizza.
• You’ll have Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants, with a knack for creating a brilliant guest experience.
• Be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team – even on the busiest days.
