Job summary

Franco Manca Brighton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and pizza quality. You will lead shifts, coach staff, handle customer feedback, and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.

• Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and steer the team.
• Support the Manager in leading the restaurant and ensuring quality service.

• Handle busy shifts and customer feedback.
• Monitor stock levels and staff schedules.
• Step in when Manager is away to maintain operations.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
