Franco Manca Kingston is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Restaurant Manager in running smooth shifts and delivering exceptional service.

You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure every pizza meets our quality standards, coach staff, manage scheduling and stock, and step in when the Manager is away to keep Franco Manca's distinctive experience alive.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Restaurant Manager and lead the team to run shifts smoothly.
• Support delivery of excellent service and ensure pizza quality.
• Coach and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Manage busy shifts, handle customer feedback, and operations behind the scenes.
• Monitor stock levels and staff schedules.
• Step up in Manager's absence to maintain Franco Manca standards.

What you'll bring to the role:

• We're looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for pizza.
• You'll have Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants, with a knack for creating a brilliant guest experience.
• Be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team - even on the busiest days.
