An established industry player is seeking a proactive FM Asset Manager to lead asset management strategies across multiple contracts in the UK. This home-based role involves overseeing project managers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving the organization towards ISO 55001 accreditation. You will be responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder management, all while contributing to sustainable solutions in facilities management. Empowering Asset Management for Risk-Free Operations and Sustainable Solutions
As the FM Asset Manager your role will be to centrally manage and support project managers in delivering replacement assets to mitigate operational risks and asset failures while complying with the contractual obligations of five contracts covering police and fire stations throughout the UK (17 sites).
This is a home-based role with some travel throughout the UK.
