As FM Procurement Manager, you'll support the development and execution of category strategies across Hard and Soft FM, driving commercial value, supplier performance, and best practice procurement across a wide portfolio of clients and contracts.

FM Procurement Manager, The Opportunity: -

• Deliver end-to-end procurement activity across FM categories including M&E, cleaning, catering, and security
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships across a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Support strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract negotiation and ongoing performance management
• Contribute to category planning and innovation within a procurement function known for excellence
• Operate as part of a best-in-class procurement team with real scope to grow and progress

FM Procurement Manager, Your Background: -

• Solid procurement experience within FM, real estate, property, or complex service environments
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding (e.g., FM T&Cs, SLAs, KPIs)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across multiple client accounts
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for driving value through procurement
