You will act as a trusted adviser, translating best practices into practical improvements while supporting client teams and opportunities for LCMB’s growth. Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of both hard and soft FM services in operational environments.
• Experience across a range of soft FM services and interaction with technical delivery and user outcomes.
• Knowledge of UK statutory compliance and FM market practice.
• Experience improving service performance, not just administering contracts.
• Practical consultancy mindset with the ability to translate good practice into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work with technical teams and client contacts at different levels of an organisation.
• Willingness to develop business development skills as the role progresses.
• A valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Hard FM advisory including asset management, planned maintenance and statutory compliance
• Soft FM advisory covering services such as cleaning, waste management, catering, security and helpdesk functions
• Statutory compliance and assurance
• FM operating model design
• Procurement and contract strategy

• Mobilisation and transformation programmes
• Supporting account development and LCMB opportunities
