Job summary

Pertemps Northampton in Corby is seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Warehouse FLT Operative to join a busy food manufacturing operation. The role is permanent, 42 hours per week, with a Panama-style continental shift (days and nights).

You will operate Counterbalance FLT, maintain stock accuracy, and support safe, compliant warehouse processes. The ideal candidate holds a current Counterbalance FLT licence, can use warehouse systems and MS Office, and is prepared for lifting up to 25kg.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance, Pivot Steer, and PPT equipment as licensed.
• Load/unload, move and store goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock accuracy and use warehouse management systems.
• Adhere to health & safety, HACCP, GMP and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and minimise damage.
