Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Operative in Mansfield. The role involves picking items onto pallets, labeling, packing, and stock control within a rotating shift pattern 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00.

You will work with warehouse and office teams to ensure efficient operations and quality standards. Training and safety are emphasised; benefits include weekly pay and pro-rata holiday.

Qualifications

• FLT Counterbalance is essential or in-house training accepted.
• LLOP experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to changing priorities and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repack products accurately and efficiently according to standards.
• Ensure items are labelled and packaged for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
• Support team to meet daily production targets.
