Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver in Wellingborough. The role offers an immediate start with shifts that include weekends or weekdays, depending on the option chosen, and a 29 days holiday per year.

You will receive and unload deliveries, check goods for damage, pick orders with handheld scanners, and maintain stock control. Counterbalance FLT is essential; VNA licencing is a plus, with good English and basic maths skills required.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential.
• VNA Man-Up Licence is preferred.
• Competent with desktop computers and handheld scanning devices.
• Good English communication skills and basic maths.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading deliveries.
• Checking goods for accuracy and damage.
• Moving stock to storage locations.
• Order picking using handheld scanners.
• Packing, labeling and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Inventory checks and stock control.
• Reporting damaged or missing stock.
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Operating Counterbalance FLT and VNA equipment when required.
