Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in Winsford, England, is seeking a dedicated FLT/Warehouse Operator on a permanent basis. You will operate forklift trucks, assist picking and packing, and use our inventory systems to ensure accurate order processing.

The role requires a valid counterbalance FLT licence, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused approach. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• FLT (counterbalance) licence is essential.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operator is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely to move goods within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack, completing 8–10 orders daily for timely despatch.
• Use inventory systems for stock control and order processing.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support team goals.
