Job summary

Exchange People are recruiting an FLT Warehouse Operative on a part-time basis in the North-West region. The role starts with 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, 7:30 am to 12:30 pm on mornings, and flexibility to cover full days when needed.

You will handle 25 kg bags, operate a counterbalance FLT licence, work with the warehouse team to maintain safety and efficiency, and provide extra shift cover when required.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Able to handle and offload 25 kg bags.
• Morning availability preferred (7:30–12:30).

Job description

With winter approaching, Our Client is looking for a reliable and physically fit FLT Warehouse Operative to join the team. This role will initially involve working 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Morning availability is preferred, with typical working hours of 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Hours and flexibility

Flexibility is essential. When colleagues are on annual leave or absent due to sickness, you may be asked to cover a full working day from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Full-day shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Handling and offloading 25 kg bags safely throughout the working day.
• Working effectively with the warehouse team to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Providing additional shift cover when required.

Essential requirements
