Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is recruiting for a Reach Forklift Operator in a warehouse environment. You will load, unload, move, and stack goods, perform stock checks, and ensure accurate stock movements while adhering to safety procedures.

The role includes daily equipment checks, working with a team to meet daily targets, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. We offer weekly pay, online payslips, pension contribution, ongoing temporary assignments, and 28 days of paid annual leave

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Reach forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to perform daily equipment checks and report faults promptly.
• Stock control experience with FIFO/LIFO as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently according to company procedures and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Pick and put away pallets with correct stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Carry out goods in, goods out, and order picking duties.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Ensure accuracy and careful handling/recording of stock movements.
• Follow company policies to maintain high quality and safety standards.

• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay Rates for FLT Reach:

• £15.75 per hour
