Job summary

Essity is seeking a FLT Operator at Stubbins Mill, Ramsbottom. The role focuses on safely operating a production line to manufacture products per specifications and SOPs, with accountability for machinery performance.

The Intermediate Operator will run processes, handle basic maintenance, support changeovers, and ensure accurate production documentation while maintaining safety and high housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• FLT licence is essential.
• Experience working as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate complex machinery and understand related processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate production processes and equipment efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
• Apply process controls to maintain stable and reliable operations.
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance and CIL activities as needed.
• Lead small changeovers and support transitions between production runs.
• Prepare and install raw materials following SOPs.
• Maintain clear communication with prior and next shifts and team members.
