Job summary

Manpower is seeking a hands-on Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence for a temporary role near Preston. You will operate mixing vessels, load vessels and fill chemicals into tins, with a physically demanding workload.

Hours are Mon-Fri with a shift rotation between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with potential nights. Starting pay is £14.00 per hour, with higher rates for night shifts and training.

Qualifications

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required.
Physically demanding role with heavy lifting.
Experience with chemicals is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate mixing vessels.

Very hands-on role operating mixing vessels. Loading vessels, filling off chemicals into tins as part of the role. Valid FLT is required although this will be a small part of the role. Role involves a lot of manual handling and is a physically demanding role.
