Refresco Pontefract is hiring a Production Team Operative (FLT) for a fast-paced, high-output site. You will operate production lines, perform safety checks, and maintain equipment while ensuring quality standards and smooth handovers between shifts.

The role requires a valid counterbalance licence, a cooperative team player attitude, and a commitment to GMP and site safety. This is a permanent position with a 42-hour weekly pattern and shift allowances.

Qualifications

• Competent in Health & Safety Procedures.
• Competent at completing area/machine safety checks and reporting non-conformances.
• Compliant with GMP and good housekeeping.
• Completes effective handover with the next shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and support production lines; perform fault finding, changeovers, asset care and basic maintenance.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to meet site production targets and customer service goals.
• Operate counterbalance FLT and assist with daily production targets.
