QS Recruitment Ltd. is hiring a Counterbalance Forklift Operative in the UK. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a temporary contract and potential permanent placement for the right candidate. You will earn £13.25 per hour, with up to 28 days of annual leave, and an immediate start.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move and transport a range of furniture products.
• Loading and unloading deliveries while ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Completing regular forklift and equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and supporting the wider team as needed.

Duration: This role is full time and comes with opportunities to be taken on permanently.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will receive £13.25 per hour pay and accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.Please be advised that we cannot offer sponsorship. Immediate start

Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday only, no weekends required. Shift times are 08:00 to 17:15 with a 45 minute break.
