Job summary

Mitie Group plc. Swansea-based warehouse team is seeking an FLT Driver to operate forklift trucks, load and unload pallet trailers, and sort pallets while adhering to health and safety standards.

You will use a Counter Balance license, have at least 3 months forklift experience, communicate in English, and complete required documentation; a DBS check and drug screening may be required. PPE is provided and shifts include day and night patterns.

Qualifications

• Counter Balance license required
• 3 months forklift operative experience preferred
• Communicative English required
• Ability to complete appropriate documentation and work to shift patterns

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift Truck within a warehouse environment
• Load and unload pallet trailers; handle cardboard and plastic bales
• Sort, move and stack pallets, maintain safe and clean equipment
• Wear PPE and follow health and safety legislation; keep areas tidy
• Support the waste team and assist with related duties
