Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an FLT Driver to operate a forklift truck within a warehouse, loading and unloading pallets and supporting the waste team. You will keep equipment clean and perform related cleaning duties in a health and safety conscious environment.

The role requires a Counter Balance license and forklift experience, with good English communication and strong time management. Shift patterns include days and nights with a 4 on/4 off cadence.

Qualifications

• Counter Balance license required.
• 3 months forklift operative experience preferred.
• Communicative English is essential.
• Good organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift truck in warehouse operations.
• Load/unload pallet trailers and move pallets.
• Sort, move and stack pallets.
• Carry out cleaning duties and support the waste team.
• Wear PPE and follow health & safety regulations.
