Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking a Skilled Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver for our Crick site. The role operates on a 4 on/4 off 12-hour day shift with an average of 42 hours per week.

Pay is £16.09 per hour for days, including a shift allowance, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and participate in training. The role requires a valid FLT licence (counterbalance or reach) and prior experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse or manufacturing role.
• Valid FLT licence with counterbalance or reach truck experience.
• Good standard of education with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and report clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Supply production departments with raw and packaging materials to maintain production.
• Transport finished goods from production areas to the warehouse for storage until despatch.
• Unload incoming vehicles and store materials following acceptance and GRN generation.
• Pick and assemble loads for despatch and load outgoing vehicles according to despatch paperwork.
• Work safely at all times, following health and safety policies and procedures and raise concerns through proper channels.
• Ensure the FLT fleet is fit for purpose by completing pre-use documentation and reporting damage.
• Mentor new team members and support colleague development when required.
