Job summary

Staffline is hiring for an FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative at our Bristol site. The role blends warehouse tasks with forklift duties, with training provided if you lack a current licence. 12 months FLT experience preferred, and candidates will join a dynamic team delivering quality products daily.

You'll work a 4 on 4 off shift, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with pay rates from £13.90 to £14.90 per hour. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers on-site support and staff canteen.

Qualifications

• 12 months of FLT driving experience is preferred.
• A current FLT Counterbalance licence is not essential; in-house refresher training is provided.
• Good English and maths skills; strong team player with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced warehouse handling deliveries, stock rotation, and order picking.
• Receive and check goods, label items, and manage despatch documentation.
• Assist with loading/unloading, housekeeping, and safety compliance (PPE, hygiene, FIFO).
• Support new staff and contribute to continuous safety and efficiency improvements.
