Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking Forklift Drivers to join a new warehouse operation. Initially Crick, then a move to a brand-new site in Rugby, with a 4 on, 4 off days shift pattern and a pay rate of £13.72 per hour.

In-house FLT training is available and there is a temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include operating counterbalance and pallet trucks, loading/unloading, stock movement, and ensuring safety and compliance across all duties.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, in-house training available.
• Pallet truck experience desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack and organise stock throughout the warehouse.
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.
