Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) to join a new warehouse operation in Crick with a later transfer to Rugby. This temp-to-perm role offers 4 on, 4 off nights, 18:00–06:00 shifts, and an in-house FLT training plan.

Candidates should have warehouse experience; a Counterbalance FLT licence is preferred but in-house training is provided. Pallet truck experience is desirable and a strong emphasis on health and safety is required. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although in-house training is available.
• Pallet truck experience desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack and organise stock throughout the warehouse.
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately.
