Blue Arrow is seeking Manufacturing Support Operatives to operate a Counterbalance FLT and assist in manufacturing support on a rotating shift pattern at a purpose-built site in the UK. The role includes forklift duties, materials handling, and daily safety checks.

Candidates should hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and a full UK driving licence, with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials, pallets, drums and IBC containers around site.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Support production areas with materials replenishment.
• Carry out daily FLT safety checks.
• Manage waste and housekeeping activities.
• Operate industrial washing equipment for utensils.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety and GMP compliance.
• Maintain clean and organised working areas at all times.
