Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an FLT Driver in Ferryhill, UK. The role covers safe receipt, storage and movement of materials in a manufacturing setting. You will operate forklift trucks, support production, and maintain housekeeping to high standards.

Initially dayshift with induction, there is potential for a 2-shift rotation. Applicants must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift license and have prior forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift license required.
• Previous forklift experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with inventory systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
• Move and store materials safely.
• Load and unload goods.
• Support production and assembly teams with material handling.
• Carry out routine equipment checks.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and health & safety compliance.
