Job summary

Staffpower Group is seeking a Counterbalance FLT Operator for a 40-hour-per-week day shift in Gateshead. The role involves operating a Counterbalance FLT, handling goods in and finished goods, loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining stock records to support efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has prior counterbalance FLT experience and a valid qualification, with warehouse or manufacturing experience.

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
• Flexi Forklift experience advantageous; plastics industry experience preferred.

Counterbalance FLT Operator – Day Shift

Location: Goods In / Finished Goods

Temp - perm

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Day Shift

Our client is looking for a Warehouse & FLT Operator to join their Operations Team.

The role will involve operating a Counterbalance FLT, receiving and checking deliveries, moving and storing materials, preparing finished goods, loading vehicles and maintaining accurate stock records.

The ideal candidate will have previous Counterbalance FLT experience and a valid/recent FLT qualification. Warehouse or manufacturing experience is required.

Flexi Forklift experience would be advantageous, as would previous experience within the plastics industry.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week day shift position offering the opportunity to join an established Operations Team
