Job summary

Espack is seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver for a permanent morning shift (6:00am–2:00pm), Monday to Friday. The role combines hands-on warehouse work with forklift truck duties, including loading/unloading and moving stock between sites.

The ideal candidate will have a valid FLT licence (counterbalance or reach), be comfortable driving a van when required, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence or Reach FLT licence (both preferred).
• Comfortable driving a van and travelling between sites when required.
• Physically fit and happy to be active throughout the shift.
• This role involves a high amount of walking, with a large number of steps completed each day.
• Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Driving a company van between sites as required (must have a clean driving license).
• Transporting stock and materials between our locations.
• General warehouse duties, including stock movement and organisation.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
