Job summary

Maxpack is expanding its warehouse operations and is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for the Evening Shift (13:30 to 22:00). You will pick, pack and load customer orders, receive stock and help maintain stock accuracy while working safely and efficiently. The role requires a Counterbalance Forklift Licence, good numeracy, strong time management and teamwork.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred. We offer a Monday to Friday pattern, no weekend work, and benefits like training and holiday

Qualifications

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence required.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach Truck, PPT and UK Driving Licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Receive and store incoming stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation.
• Support the team in achieving daily targets and KPIs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.
