Job summary

Maxpack is expanding its warehouse operations and seeks reliable Warehouse Operatives for Morning, Day and Late shifts. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing and loading customer orders while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a Counterbalance Forklift Licence, have good numeracy, strong time management and enjoy working as part of a team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; Reach Truck/PPT and a UK driving licence are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence is required.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach Truck, PPT and UK Driving Licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Receive and store incoming stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation.
• Support the team in achieving daily targets and KPIs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.
